REGISTERThese terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.
Promoter: Asahi UK Ltd, Griffin Brewery, Chiswick Lane South, London, W4 2QB, England (the “Promoter”).

1. Eligibility
1.1 This promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to England, Wales and Northern Ireland residents aged 18 or over and who have Internet access and are either an existing Club Peroni member or sign-up for a Club Peroni account, excluding employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion.
1.2 Maximum of one (1) entry per person. per day only. Maximum of one (1) of each prize type per person for the entirety of the Promotion. Anyone found attempting to bypass this rule by, for example, using multiple email addresses to enter will be disqualified.
2. Opening/Closing date & time
2.1. The Promotion will open 08:00 GMT– 23:00 GMT on 23/03/26 (the “Opening Date”) until 23.000 GMT on 30/06/26 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive (the “Promotional Period”). All entries received outside the Promotional Period shall be disqualified.

3.2. Promotional Packs are subject to availability and while stocks last.
3.3. The Promotion also applies to those who enter in a pub, bar or other participating outlet by purchasing the following products and scanning a QR code on the following types of glasses and bottles (the “Promotional Items”): or promotional point of sale materials.

3.4. The participation in the Promotion by outlets may vary by location and is at the discretion of individual outlets. The Promoter accepts no liability for the unavailability of the Promotional Items or any outlets.
4. How to enter
4.1. Either: a) purchase a Promotional Pack; b) purchase a Promotional Item; or c) go online (see clause 4.3) below during the Promotional Period scan the QR code on pack or on the glass, on promotional point of sale materials or glassware or visitclubperoni.com/onlyperoni, during the Promotional Period,confirm age, country of residence andcomplete the form (including full name, email address, date of birth and region) and successfully log in or register for Club Peroni.
4.2. A new Club Peroni registration will automatically enter into the Promotion for the top tier prizes (the holidays to Italy). An existing Club Peroni member can enter the Promotion once for free by successfully logging in and additionally then use their points within their account to purchase more entries into the Promotion for the chance to win primary or secondary prizes. The number of points required to enter for each prize may vary based on prize type and value. Full details of points required per entry are available within the Club Peroni platform at clubperoni.com/onlyperoni.
4.3. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified. The Promoter reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time e.g. to prove age or place of residence.
5. The Prizes
5.1. During Promotional Period there will be a total of thirty-six (36) prizes available, allocated via a prize draw mechanic across three (3) separate phases detailed below (the “Prizes”). During each phase each winner will receive the prize designated to their timeframe of entry.
Phase 1
Phase 1 shall take place between 08:00 GMT on 23/03/26 and 23:00 GMT on 30/04/26 and the Prizes are as follows:

5.2. Incomplete, illegal, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
5.3. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified at the Promoter’s discretion.
5.4. No cash or other alternative prizes will be provided in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize, or part of a prize, of equal or greater value. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned.
The Prizes are supplied by the Promoter and administered through the “Prize Administrators".
6. Further Prize Type Details
6.1. Prizes will be awarded as follows:
6.1.1. Three (3) holidays in total and one (1) to each of Rome, Florence, and Emilia-Romagna for two (2). Each holiday package is for a winner and one (1) guest, both aged 18+. Holidays to be award as set out in clause 5.
6.1.1.1. The holiday packages include:
6.1.1.2. 2 nights in a 4* hotel sharing a double room including bed and breakfast, a private experience for two in the location they are staying in. Up to the value of £1,000 per person (£2,000 in total) to be taken during the stay to be arranged in advance as part of the total holiday booking. , direct return economy flights from your chosen major UK or ROI airport, private transfers included to and from the hotel and £500 spending money delivered via BACS transfer to the UK or ROI bank account details given by the winner(s). PayPal transfers can be made on request for the £500 spending money instead of BACS transfer, to be delivered no later than 7 days prior to departure. Spending money can be transferred over in EUR to the value of £500 at the exchange rate on the date when the payment is made. This is subject to exchange rate fluctuation.
6.1.1.3. Trips must be booked by 23:59 on 31.07.2027.
6.1.1.4. Trips must be taken by no later than 31.10.2027.
6.1.1.5. Stays are subject to availability and blackout dates.

Blackout dates to include all UK, ROI and Italian bank holidays: 15th August 2026, 31st August 2026, 1st November 2026, 24th December 2026 – 2nd January 2027, 6 January 2027, 26th-29th March 2027, 25th April 2027, 1st May 2027, 3rd May 2027, 31st May, 2nd June 2027, 15th August 2027, & 30th August 2027
6.1.1.7. Trip includes a private experience for two in the location they are staying in. Up to the value of £1,000 per person (£2,000 in total). To be taken during their stay. To be arranged in advance as part of the total holiday booking.
6.1.1.7.1. Florence: private gallery viewing before the crowds and climb the Duomo at sunset
6.1.1.7.2.Emilia-Romagna: Ferrari driving experience with stops to enjoy a Peroni 0%
6.1.1.7.3.Rome: behind the scenes experience of the city including hidden food stops and a curated Vespa tour. If you wish to take part in this element, both the winner or the guest will need a full valid driving license.
6.1.1.8. Direct return economy flights from your chosen major UK or ROI airport.
6.1.1.9. Private transfers included to and from the hotel to the airport and the experience.
6.1.1.10. £500 spending money delivered to the winner only via BACS transfer to the UK or ROI bank account details given by the winner(s). PayPal transfers can be made on request for the £500 spending money instead of BACS transfer. To be delivered no later than 7 days prior to departure. 6.1.1.11. ABTA protected
6.1.1.12. The holiday package must be taken as a whole, flights and hotels cannot be redeemed separately. The winner and their guest must travel together on the same flight and stay in the same hotel room.
6.1.1.13. Travel insurance is excluded. The winners and their guests should obtain travel insurance covering all personal requirements including any pre-existing medical conditions.
6.1.1.14. The winners and their guests are responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these terms and conditions as being included as part of the Prizes. All other costs and expenses incurred from the holiday including but not limited to additional travel, transfers, excursions, visas (if applicable), vaccines (if applicable), accommodation, meals and drinks as required, spending money, tips and other gratuities are the winners’ and their guest’s own responsibility.
6.1.1.15. The winners and their guests must each have a valid passport and have all necessary and relevant visas (if applicable) to travel to the Prize destination. Each person’s passport must have an expiry date no less than six (6) months following the dates of travel, unless otherwise specified by a pertinent regulation. All passport and visa requirements are the sole responsibility of the relevant winners and their guests.
6.1.1.16. No additional guests can be added onto the Prize packages.
6.1.1.17. Any amendments made by a winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the Prize Administrators.
6.2. Three (3) Ninja Pizza Ovens.
6.3. Ten (10) One4all vouchers to the value of £/€50.
6.4. Ten (10) Selfridges vouchers to the value of £/€50.
6.5. Ten (10) Deliveroo vouchers to the value of £/€50.
6.5.1. Winners will be required to confirm acceptance of their Prize and, for voucher winners. to provide a valid email address before the vouchers are issued. Once acceptance of any vouchers has been confirmed the vouchers will be purchased and issued directly to the winners via the email address supplied within 28 days from the relevant draw dates outlined (see clause 7.1 for draw details). Gift cards will expire 12 months after the date of purchase. Vouchers are subject to the suppliers’ terms and conditions and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for changes to the suppliers’ service or terms.
6.5.2. One4all Vouchers are subject to their terms and conditions at https://www.one4all.com/terms-conditions-hub, which may change.
6.5.2.1. No expiry date. 90p per month dormancy fee following 18 months from the date of redemption. Please see One4all Voucher terms (clause 6.5.2.) for further detail.
6.5.3. Selfridges Vouchers are subject to their terms and conditions at https://www.selfridges.com/GB/en/info/terms-conditions/, which may change.
6.5.3.1. Selfridges Vouchers are valid for 2 years from date of redemption. Please see Selfridges Voucher terms (clause 6.5.3.) for further detail.
6.5.4. Deliveroo Vouchers are subject to their terms and conditions at https://deliveroo.co.uk/terms, which may change.
6.5.4.1. Deliveroo Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of redemption. Please see Deliveroo Voucher terms (clause 6.5.4.) for further detail.
- The Prizes exclude any accommodation, travel expenses or any other expenses not expressly stated. Travel, accommodation, and any additional expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the winner.
- The Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative except that the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a Prize with an alternative of equal or greater value in circumstances outside its control.
- The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if a winner does not or is not able to accept their Prize.
4. The Prizes may not be sold or auctioned.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
7.1. Winners will be chosen by a randomised prize draw performed by a computer process at the end of each phase of the Promotion.
7.1.1. Each winner will be chosen on the following (“Draw Dates”):
7.1.1.1 Phase One on 1st May 2026
7.1.1.2. Phase Two on 1st June 2026
7.1.1.3. Phase Three on 1st July 2026
7.2. In the event that a winner does not respond to the Winning Confirmation Email within 14 days of the send date, they will forfeit their prize. For the holiday prize, if no valid response is received within 14 days, a mop-up draw will be conducted using the same randomised method on the “Mop-Up Draw Date” (please see clause 8) to allocate the unclaimed prizes. If required, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct additional mop-up draws thereafter for any remaining unclaimed holiday prizes.
7.3. For One4all, Selfridges and Deliveroo vouchers, if the selected winners do not respond within 7 days of the Winning Confirmation Email being sent, the prizes will be forfeited and reallocated using the same randomised draw method. This process may be repeated up to two times, after which any remaining prizes may be deemed null and void.
7.4. All winners will receive a winning confirmation email (the “Winning Confirmation Email”), sent to the email address provided at the time of entry. It is the responsibility of entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any communications. The Winning Confirmation Emails will be sent following the dates. Each winner will be contacted by the following (“Contact Dates”):
7.4.1.1. Phase One on 4th May 2026
7.4.1.2. Phase Two on 2nd June 2026
7.4.1.3. Phase Three on 2nd July 2026
7.5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for emails not received due to spam filters, incorrect email addresses, or technical failures.
7.6. Each winner will be required to respond to the Winning Confirmation Email sent to the email address provided within 14 days of receipt to confirm acceptance of the prize and validate eligibility.
7.7. Holiday Prize: The winner must confirm acceptance, verify their age by providing valid photo ID (such as a driving licence or passport), and validate their Club Peroni account by confirming the registered email address.
7.8. Ninja Pizza Oven Winners: Winners must confirm acceptance and provide a valid delivery address. Age verification may also be requested at the Promoter’s discretion.
7.9. Voucher Winners: Winners must confirm acceptance and provide the same email address used to register their Club Peroni account. Vouchers will be sent to this address once verification is complete.
7.10. Failure to respond within 14 days may result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner may be selected in accordance with clause 7.1.
7.11. A winner will be redrawn if they have won previously.
8. Mop-Up Prizes: Prize Draw
8.1. A mop-up leader board will allocate unclaimed prizes for each phase. The winners of any mop-up prize for each phase will be notified by Winning Confirmation Email sent out on the following date(s):
8.1.1.1. Phase One on 19th May 2026
8.1.1.2. Phase Two on 17th June 2026
8.1.1.3. Phase Three on 17th July 2026
The mop-up prize will be reallocated via a re-draw to an eligible entrant who has not previously been assigned a prize. Winners will be required to respond within 14 days to the Winning Confirmation Email to confirm eligibility by providing age, home address details and acceptance of the prize. Winners will be asked to confirm their age by sharing an image of their ID including date of birth, this can include driving licence or passport. In the event a winner does not respond to this notification, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the next eligible winner from with the original winner forfeiting their right to the prize. It is the responsibility of entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any communications. The process will repeat twice after the mop-up draw. At the end of this process, all remaining prizes will become null and void.
9. Winner Verification & Prize Delivery
9.1. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a winner does not, or is not able to, take up their prize.

9.2.1. Holiday winners: After a valid claim and the completion of the verification process, the prize partner will liaise with the winner within 7 days to arrange the booking.
9.2.2. Ninja Pizza Oven winners: The prize will be delivered to the winners by first-class post to the delivery address provided within 28 days of being notified of their win and the completion of any verification process. The Promoter accepts no liability for loss or damage in transit.
9.2.3. One4all, Selfridges and Deliveroo vouchers: The digital voucher will be sent by contact@peronicompetitions.com to the email address provided at the time of entry within 28 days of being notified of their win and the completion of any verification process.
10. Promoter & Prize Administrator
10.1. The Promoter is Asahi UK Limited, Griffin Brewery, Chiswick Lane South, London, W4 2QB, England.
10.2. The Promotion is managed by Savvy Marketing, 15-17 High Ct Ln, Leeds LS2 7EU on behalf of the Promoter.
10.3. Savvy Marketing will manage winner prize fulfilment and contact winners to confirm acceptance of the all top tier (3) holidays and arrange fulfilment of the other prizes. Savvy Marketing will handle personal data in accordance with the promotional privacy policy, see clause 9.1 for further details.
10.4 Cloud Nine Incentives will arrange all top tier (3) holidays including bookings, flights, itinerary and spending money. Cloud Nine Incentives will handle all personal data in accordance with the promotional privacy policy, see clause 9.2 for further details.

12. General Terms and Conditions
12.1. Participants must meet any eligibility requirements contained in the specific terms and conditions above. Eligibility may be verified and additional documentation requested at any time during or after the Promotion .
12.2. If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when purchasing online the Promoter does not take any responsibility for incomplete purchases and any incomplete purchases will not be considered valid for entry into the Promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any purchases which are not completed for any reason including third-party website failures and payment processing errors.
12.3. Entries made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Bulk entries made in any way, including using any software which allows participants to increase that participants entries into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, that participant’s entries will be disqualified and any Prize award will be void. 12.4. Entries submitted using automated methods including but not limited to computer scripts, bots, or any other software are strictly prohibited and will be disqualified. Furthermore, any attempt to intentionally obscure IP addresses, such as through the use of VPNs, proxies, or similar technologies, to manipulate or bypass entry rules will result in the immediate disqualification of those entries. The organizer reserves the right to verify the authenticity of entries and take necessary actions to maintain the integrity of the Promotion.
12.5. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof of purchase and the images associated with home address and ID showing date of birth (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of ID showing date of birth). The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a Prize or withdraw Prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means. Verification may occur at any time and multiple times during the Promotion Period.
12.6. It is the entrant’s responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and on Prize acceptance. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information or any postal dispute which affects Prize acceptance or delivery of their Prize. Entrants must notify the Promoter of any changes to their contact details during the Promotion Period.
12.7. The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. This includes decisions on eligibility, Prize substitution and interpretation of these terms.
12.8. The Promoter must make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of residence of the top tier Prize winners, to anyone who contacts them within three months after the closing date by emailing contact@peronicompetitions.com. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse such requests. If you object to any or all of your surname or county of residence being published or made available please contact the Promoter via contact@peronicompetitions.com. In such circumstances the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. Winner information will be provided in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
12.9. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
12.10. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, traffic congestion, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it considers it necessary to do so, without prior notice. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment. Participants are responsible for reviewing the terms and conditions before entering the Promotion.
12.11. Nothing in these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights as a consumer. The Promoter cannot exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to this and insofar as is permitted by law the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winners or accept any liability for any loss or damage arising from this Promotion or from accepting a Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees in which case that liability is limited to the value of the relevant Prize. The Promoter excludes liability for indirect, consequential or special damages except where such exclusion is not permitted under consumer law.
12.12. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including but not limited to user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind that may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the Promotion.
12.13. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
12.14. The Promoter will only use personal data supplied during the course of this promotion for the administration of the Promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. You acknowledge that the Promoter will pass such information to the Prize Administrator solely for the purposes of administering this Promotion. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current Data Protection legislation. 12.15. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, regardless of their country of residence within the eligible territories.
