REGISTER- Overview
- Promoter: Asahi UK Ltd, Griffin Brewery, Chiswick Lane South, London, W4 2QB, England ("Promoter").
- The Club Peroni Loyalty Rewards Programme ("Scheme") is open to residents of England, Wales and Northern Ireland, aged 18 or over, excluding employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this scheme.
- The Scheme commences 17th March 2025 and runs until otherwise communicated by the Promoter.
- These Terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or scheme materials. Claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating, all members will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.
- The Promoter may update the Terms on occasion as necessary. Please check the terms regularly and if you do not agree to any change to the terms then you must stop participating in the Scheme and refrain from using the website. Continued participation and use of the website will constitute your acceptance of any changes to the Terms.
- Purchase of Peroni Product either in store, online or outlet is necessary. Retain proof of purchase showing date of purchase during the Scheme period and prior to the date of claim.
- Internet access is required to participate.
- To Participate:
- Register at www.clubperoni.com and open a Club Peroni member’s account. Only one Club Peroni account is permitted per unique email address. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse, merge or close additional accounts at any time.
- All accounts must be activated via a verification link sent via email to the email address provided on registration.
- Users must not supply false information in their registration or share their account details with others, and no individual should participate under any identity that is not their own.
- Participants earn 1 point for every £1 spent on eligible Peroni products purchased from participating retailers, or 5 points when purchasing a pint, half pint or bottle of Peroni from participating pubs, bars and restaurants. Eligible products are subject to availability and whilst stocks last, and include:

Peroni Stile Capri 330ml Bottle - To claim points:
- A maximum of 35 points will be awarded per single claim.
- Retail Purchase Claim: Photograph the purchase receipt showing the eligible product and upload the photograph to your Club Peroni account.
- Pub/Restaurant Purchase Claim: Purchase a pint, half pint or bottle of Peroni Nastro Azzurro and upload the photograph, showing the Peroni Bottle or Peroni branded Glassware, to your Club Peroni account along with the name of the venue where the purchase was made.
- Member accounts can claim points a maximum of eight times per week, with a maximum of two claims per day . Of the maximum two claims per day, a maximum of one pint, half pint or bottle photograph upload is permitted. Of the maximum eight claims per week, a maximum of five pint, half pint or bottle photographs are permitted. Anyone found attempting to bypass this rule, by any means, will have their account terminated at the Promoter’s discretion.
- Claims are subject to validation. The Promoter reserves the right to reject proof of purchase that does not clearly show an eligible Peroni Nastro Azzurro product was purchased, have already been submitted or are otherwise damaged, defaced or illegible.
- Incomplete, illegible, invalid or misdirected claims will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for claims delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
- Points are credited to the participant’s Club Peroni account upon validation. All Points awarded will be stored and displayed in the “My Rewards” section of the Club Peroni website (www.clubperoni.com)
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify all claims including but not limited to asking for proof of purchase and the images associated with and ID showing date of birth (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of ID clearly showing date of birth).
- Members consent to receive emails related to Club Peroni from the Promoter.
- Termination of a Member Account
- A Member may terminate their Club Peroni account at any time by contacting contact@peronicompetitions.com to request an account termination. Once deleted, any current points are forfeit and accounts cannot be reactivated.
- The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, terminate an account of anyone registering under details that the Promoter has reasonable grounds to believe are false.
- If an account is terminated, then the Points will be deleted from the account. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, terminate the account of, and/or prohibit further participation in the Scheme by, any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the Website, including the Points process or with the operation of the Points process, or acts in violation of the Terms, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
- The Promoter reserves the right, in its discretion (provided it acts reasonably), to remove an account where it is felt that they are in breach of these Terms or is otherwise acting contrary to the spirit of the Scheme. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Attempting to collect or redeem Points in contravention with these Terms;
- Using automated methods, including but not limited to computer scripts, bots, or any other software;
- Any attempt to intentionally obscure IP addresses, such as through the use of VPNs, proxies, or similar technologies, to manipulate or bypass claim rules;
- Attempting to collect or redeem Points which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
- Selling/raffling off offers or items claimed for a monetary benefit; and/or
- Claims made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties.
- Attempting to have, or having, multiple accounts.
- Club Peroni accounts with a period of two years of inactivity (no valid logins or points claimed), will be contacted via the email address provided on registration to confirm the account is to remain active. To keep an account active, the Member must respond by clicking the link in the email within 28 days. Failure to do so will result in the account being deactivated and all Points forfeit. The Member may create a new Club Peroni account at any time.
- Points Exchange
- A range of selected Peroni product, selected partner product, selected Peroni and or partner merchandise, services or entry(ies) into competitions will be available in exchange for Points.
- The quantity of Points required will vary depending on the item chosen.
- The Promoter reserves the right to change the quantity of Points required to redeem products, merchandise, offers and competition entries at any time without prior notice. Products, merchandise, offers and competition entries already redeemed will not be affected.
- All items in the Club Peroni rewards store are subject to availability. Having enough Points in your account to qualify for an offer or item is not a guarantee of entitlement to that offer or item.
- Points will be subtracted from an account immediately upon choosing to redeem them against an item or offer within the Points Store.
- Offers on selected partner products may be subject to their own Terms and Conditions.
- Points have no cash value, are not for sale or auction and are non-transferable.
- Points are void if altered or tampered with, reproduced or expired.
- Unused Points expire 12 months after the date on which they were credited to an account.
- A minimum of three months' notice will be given by email and online to Club Peroni Members in the event of the Scheme ceasing to run.
- Reward Fulfilment
- Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of all offers/products. If you are ordering more than one item, your order may be collated and goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock.
- Savvy Marketing, 15-17 High Court Lane, Leeds, LS2 7EU, on behalf of the Promoter, will contact competition winners to confirm acceptance of the prize and to arrange fulfilment of prize. Savvy Marketing will handle personal data in accordance with their privacy policy.
- STACI UK, Walker Park, Blackburn, BB1 2LG, on behalf of the Promoter, will fulfil all product and merchandise items via Parcelforce or other carriers as necessary. Staci will handle personal data in accordance with their privacy policy.
- No refund will be available once Points have been redeemed.
- The Promoter cannot accept any liability for:
- Non or late delivery of offers or products to the account Member by a partner provider;
- Faulty products from a third partner provider;
- Inaccurate description of the offer or product by a partner provider on the Website.

- Legal Liabilities
- Please note: while the Promoter permits the collection of Points for members to enjoy the benefits of the Scheme, the Promoter actively advocates responsible drinking, strongly discourages over-consumption and recommends visiting Drinkaware Home for further information.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, corrupted or misdirected registrations, Points claims, disputes or correspondence relating to any aspect of the Scheme (including but not limited to claims for Points) whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.
- The Promoter and its associated agencies and partners accept no responsibility for any third-party illegal or fraudulent action/inaction that may occur on or through the Scheme but reserves the right to take action against any third party it knows or has reasonable grounds to believe is responsible for such action/inaction.
- Whilst the Promoter will always try to ensure that the Website and all of its functions are working as they should be, problems may occur from time to time. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any intermittent problems which may arise with the functioning of the Website or of the Member accounts.
- The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
- The Scheme Website may contain links to other websites that the Promoter does not own or operate. Please be aware that the Promoter does not control, recommend or endorse, and is not responsible for their content, products, services or privacy policies.
- If, for any reason, any aspect of the Website is not capable of operating as intended, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Website, the Promoter may at its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Scheme or invalidate affected Points or the Member accounts.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify all participants including but not limited to asking for proof of identity including date of birth (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of ID clearly showing date of birth) and proof of residency. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter's discretion. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a points exchange or withdraw points exchange entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the scheme where there are grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the scheme, any instructions forming part of this scheme’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating using fraudulent means.
- Your personal data will be held in accordance with all relevant data protection legislation currently in force. To view our Privacy policy please visit: www.asahibeer.co.uk/privacy-policy. We will only use your personal data for the administration of the Scheme and for no other purpose unless we have your consent. We will only share your data with our Fulfilment Partners for the purposes of and in order to fulfil the/your order. Data will be stored for three months after the close of the scheme before deletion. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to [insert email address]. By participating in this Scheme, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.
- You warrant that all details you provide to us for the purpose of redeeming Points are true, accurate, current and complete in all respects.
- Your use of the Website and its contents grants no rights to you in relation to any copyright, designs, trademarks and all other intellectual property and material rights relating to the content, software and all HTML and other code contained in this Website. All such content including our trademarks, third party trademarks, designs and related intellectual property rights displayed on this Website are protected by national intellectual property and other laws. Any reproduction or redistribution of the content of the Website is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.
- This Website is for your personal non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any content, software, products or services contained within this Website.
- You agree that you will be personally responsible for your use of this Website and for all of your communication and activity on and pursuant to this Website. If we determine that you are or have been engaged in prohibited activities or otherwise violated the Terms or misused any of our trademarks, copyright or other intellectual property rights, we may deny you access to this Website on a temporary or permanent basis.
- If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any scheme material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
- YOUR RIGHTS: You have certain rights under the law. In England these include:
- That any product you order will be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose, and will conform to any description given on this Website; and
- Certain remedies if a product is defective.
- Nothing in these Terms is intended to affect these rights. For more information about your rights, contact your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Bureau.
- The Promoter reserves the rights, at its sole discretion, to modify these Terms at any time, and fully limits its liability in relation to such action permissible under English law.
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction.
