Introduction
1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the BST Olivia Rodrigo (27th June 2025) Ticket Prize Draw Promotion ("the Promotion") operated by Asahi UK Ltd ("the Promoter"), whose registered office is at Griffin Brewery, Chiswick Lane South, London, W4 2QB, England
2. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by entering the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.
Eligibility
1. The Promotion is open to residents of England, Wales and Northern Ireland, aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion
2. Entrants must have an active Club Peroni Loyalty Scheme account. To sign up visit clubperoni.com, enter date of birth and location, click to register, enter name, email address, date of birth, password and region location.
3. Proof of age and residency may be required.
4. Purchase necessary. Photographic proof of purchase must be uploaded to your Club Peroni account.
Promotion Period
1. The Promotion opens at 00:01 on 17th March 2025 and closes at 23:59 on 1st May 2025 (the "Promotion Period").
2. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
How to Enter
1. To enter, eligible participants must log into their Club Peroni Loyalty Scheme account and claim points.
2. To sign up visit www.clubperoni.com, enter date of birth and location, click to register, enter name, email address, date of birth, password and region location.
3. Retail Purchase Claim: Photograph the purchase receipt showing purchase of the Eligible Product during the Promotional Period and upload the photograph to your Club Peroni account.

5. Pub/Restaurant Purchase Claim: Purchase a pint, half pint or bottle Peroni Nastro Azzurro and upload the photograph, showing the Peroni Bottle or Peroni branded Glassware purchased during the Promotional Period, to your Club Peroni account along with the name of the venue where the purchase was made.
6. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be . Entry into the prize draw is only applicable the first time points are claimed.
Prize
1. One winner will receive two (2) general admission tickets (winner and guest 18+) to BST Hyde Park with headliner Oliva Rodrigo on Friday 27th June 2025 (the "Prize")
2. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative, except for in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative or greater or equal value.
3. Travel, accommodation, and any additional expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the winner.
4. The prize is supplied the Promoter and administered through its agents (the “Prize Administrator”): Savvy Marketing, 15-17 High Court Lane, Leeds, LS2 7EU, England.
5. BST Festival T&Cs found here: https://www.bst-hydepark.com/terms-conditions/. Any additional competition terms found on the website are unrelated to these Terms and Conditions.
6. The event reserves the right to change or cancel headliners, performances, or any aspect of the event without prior notice. Such changes or cancellations are beyond the control and responsibility of the Promoter. Ticket holders acknowledge that changes to headliners or other aspects of the event do not entitle them to refunds, exchanges, or any form of compensation from the Promoter.
7. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a winner does not, or is not able to, take up their prize.
Winner Selection and Notification
1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period
2. The draw will take place within seven (7) days of the Promotion’s closing date.
3. The winner will be notified via email within five (5) working days of the draw.
4. If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of being contacted, with written acceptance of the prize, along with proof of age of both the winner and guest and a contact telephone number, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the same methodology as above. This process will repeat twice, at which point any unclaimed prizes will be declared null and void.
Publicity and Data Protection
1. The winner may be invited, but not obliged, to participate in reasonable publicity related to the Promotion. Following such invite, the winner may signal their acceptance or refusal by providing written confirmation to the Administrator within fourteen (14) days of being contacted.
2. Personal data supplied during the course of this Promotion will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy at https://www.asahibeer.co.uk/privacy-policy, and applicable data protection laws.
General
1. The Promoter encourages responsible drinking and would direct consumers to read http://www.drinkaware.co.uk/ for more information.
2. The Promoter will make available the winner’s surname and county of residence to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of this Promotion. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting contact@peronicompetitions.com. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request a copy of the winners list by emailing contact@peronicompetitions.com. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse such requests.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof of ID including date of birth (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of identification clearly showing the winner’s date of birth). The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means.
4. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and on prize acceptance. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
5. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, traffic congestion, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions or invalidate any affected entries.
6. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
7. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion, the fulfilment of the prizes and/or the use of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
8. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the Promotion.
9. The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
11. These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual issues which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by relevant local law with any disputes as to the meaning of these terms and conditions subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts unless you live in another part of the UK, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
